Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sale (International) Professional with a proven track record in US IT sales and enterprise-level revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience driving monthly closures in crores, building strong client relationships, and leading the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for IT services and solutions across the US market.

● Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal presentation, and contract negotiation.

● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in crores.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, IT Heads).

● Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Solutioning, and Marketing) to tailor offerings to client needs.

● Identify new business opportunities through market research, outbound outreach, and partnerships.

● Maintain an active sales pipeline and report accurate forecasts to management.

● Represent Quantal AI in client meetings, virtual demos, and industry events.

Key Requirements

● 4–5 years of experience in IT Sale (International), primarily targeting US-based clients.

● Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and generating monthly revenue in crores. anually

● Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.

● Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and account-based selling.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
