Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Goregaon. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring and managing the performance of sales teams, and identifying business opportunities in the designated region. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team to promote overall growth and success.

  • Proven experience in sales planning, target setting, and team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with experience in sales reporting and analytics
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
