To drive new business and deepen Raed's market presence across categories. Key Responsibilities: Cold Outreach & Relationship BuildingInitiate contact with prospects through strategic cold calls and outbound campaigns. Pitch Raed's and the client offerings with clarity and conviction.
Build and nurture client relationships that convert and scale. Email Campaigns & Lead NurturingDesign and execute personalized outreach campaigns. Optimize communication flows for engagement, follow-up, and closing.
Lead Generation & Sales ConversionGenerate and qualify high-value leads across target industries. Achieve a minimum of 5 client conversions per month. Collaborate with the growth team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Presentations & Proposal CraftingCreate persuasive presentations and pitch decks tailored to client needs. Present business solutions, ROI narratives, and case studies that win deals. Appointment Setting & Pipeline ProgressionSchedule high-intent meetings and ensure seamless discovery processes.
Move prospects through the sales funnel with precision and pace. Market Intelligence & Opportunity SensingStay on top of trends, competitor moves, and untapped segments. Actively contribute to Raed's GTM strategies with fresh insights.
Requirements:2–4 years' experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong grip on CRMs, email automation tools, and lead gen platforms.
