Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for multiple roles into EB Placements / Business Development Specialist - Senior Manager, AVP, VP- located in Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, conducting market research, providing customer service, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to achieve business goals.

- Lead Generation & Business closure skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance or risk management industry
- Strong business acumen & exposure in EB line of business - GMC, OPD, GTLI
- Minimum 2+ years in the current assignment (either from general insurance broking/insurance company).
- EB - Placement candidate should have excellent rapport & working relationship with all the insurers especially PSUs.
