Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership role to drive business growth, build a strong sales engine, and expand our presence across corporate and enterprise accounts in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profitability, and sales strategy for corporate gifting & B2B product categories

• Lead a team of sales managers and drive performance through coaching and reviews

• Build and scale enterprise business with CXO, procurement & admin stakeholder management

• Acquire new large accounts while maximizing business from existing customers

• Design pricing, proposals, and negotiation strategies for high-value deals

• Strengthen processes for lead generation, pipeline management, and timely collections

• Work closely with supply chain and marketing teams for seamless execution

• Track competition, identify market opportunities, and launch new product portfolios

Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years experience in Corporate / Enterprise / B2B sales

• Proven track record of building teams and achieving aggressive sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong business acumen with experience in dealing with large enterprises

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred

• Energetic, strategic thinker with a hunter" mindset
