Head of Strategy
to shape the vision that powers it all.

What You'll Do

As
Head of Strategy
, you will be the brain behind how we help brands win in the creator-first world. You will:

  • Lead the
    strategy function
    at Cloutflow — from brand positioning to campaign frameworks.
  • Build
    end-to-end influencer marketing strategies
    for enterprise clients across FMCG, fashion, beauty, tech, and more.
  • Drive
    pitches and RFPs
    , crafting decks that combine storytelling, data, and creative firepower.
  • Partner with the Creative, Brand Partnerships, and Operations teams to make ideas executable and measurable.
  • Spot
    cultural and digital trends
    , turning them into opportunities for brands to stay ahead.
  • Mentor and scale a team of strategists who can turn insights into action.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in
    brand strategy / planning / creative strategy
    roles in top agencies or digital-first companies.
  • Deep understanding of
    influencer marketing, digital ecosystems, and brand building
    .
  • A natural storyteller who can turn a deck into a winning pitch.
  • Experience leading strategy for enterprise accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills — able to build and scale a strategy team.
  • A curious, culture-obsessed mind that lives at the intersection of
    creativity, data, and technology
    .
