Role Overview

We are looking for a Head - Events Concepts and Strategy to lead event concept ideation and strategy. You will define the creative vision for events, ensure every concept is strategic, innovative, and impactful, and guide the team to bring these ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead event concept brainstorming and creative strategy for corporate and experiential events.
  • Develop innovative, strategic, and feasible event concepts aligned with client objectives.
  • Review and refine all event concepts to ensure creativity, coherence, and impact.
  • Mentor the team on concept development, storytelling, and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with operations, design, and content teams to ensure concepts are ready for flawless execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, trend-forward ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years in event strategy, concept ideation, or experiential design.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize impactful events and experiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for innovation and feasibility.
