The Role

We're seeking a hands-on
Event Production & Community Head
to lead all non-sales operations across Events 4 Sure and GC360. The goal is simple: deliver world-class experiences and impactful connections through physical and digital events — consistently, globally, and at scale.

This is not just a role. It's an ownership track for someone who thrives in multi-channel delivery, senior stakeholder engagement, and building trusted professional communities.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Production & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of physical conferences and virtual series
  • Engineer high-relevance attendance with data-backed curation
  • Lead production of premium audience experiences such as GC360 Advisory Tables, Valuable Agendas, Peer Labs & Buyer Meetings
  • Ensure smooth delivery across platforms like Zoom, StreamYard, LinkedIn Live, and more

Community & Speaker Engagement

  • Build and nurture a high-trust network of GCs, DPOs, CISOs, and industry experts
  • Lead strategic content and speaker acquisition
  • Collaborate with global associations and legal-tech partners

Brand, Content & Marketing Enablement

  • Partner with marketing and design teams to deliver event assets & campaigns
  • Leverage GC360Flix, CRM, and other content channels for post-event enrichment
  • Strengthen community engagement via digital content, newsletters, and follow-up tools

Client Service & Event ROI

  • Deliver exceptional value for sponsors (e.g., curated meetings, data, branding)
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all event components — pre, during, and post
  • Track and improve event metrics, feedback loops, and client outcomes

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years in event execution, community building, or SaaS-driven programs
  • Experience working with CXOs, thought leaders, or regulated industries
  • Proficiency in global event and virtual production tools (Zoom, Hopin, ON24, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Comfortable driving workflows across time zones and diverse teams
  • Solution-oriented leader with command over strategic thinking and tactical delivery
  • Curious about global trends in law, privacy, GRC, Cyber, ESG, or digital governance
