We are looking for an experienced and resourceful
Senior Event Manager – Operations
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale event operations from planning to execution, with a deep understanding of production, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee
    end-to-end event operations
    , including planning, budgeting, production, logistics, and execution.
  • Attend meetings with
    clients and government officials
    , understand requirements, and translate them into executable event plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and flawless delivery of events.
  • Review technical and production layouts, ensuring feasibility and compliance with venue and safety regulations.
  • Manage
    vendor selection, negotiation, and performance
    , maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Prepare and monitor
    event budgets
    , ensuring optimal cost management and resource allocation.
  • Ensure
    quality control and operational excellence
    throughout event execution.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot operational challenges efficiently to maintain smooth event flow.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in event production and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in the
    event management industry
    with extensive knowledge of
    event production and operations
    .
  • Strong background in managing
    large-scale government and corporate events
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • High attention to detail with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site during event setups and execution.
