Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Event Planner. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating events, ensuring they are executed successfully and within budgetary constraints. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their needs, negotiating with vendors, managing logistics and resources, and overseeing the event execution to guarantee client satisfaction. The role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including the ability to manage all aspects of event coordination and execution.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and time management skills.
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
