Job Title: Marketing Head
Role Overview:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy of the
organization across both organic channels (SEO, content marketing, social media, community
building, brand positioning, branding) and inorganic channels (paid ads, influencer marketing,
lead generation campaigns, sponsorships). The role requires a balance of strategic vision and
hands-on execution to strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across organic and inorganic channels.
Drive brand positioning and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize campaigns.
2. Organic Marketing
Drive content marketing initiatives blogs, thought leadership, videos, reels, artworks
Manage Social Media Create strategies, manage platforms, ensure consistent brand
voice, monitor trends, increase engagement, and track performance metrics.
Oversee email marketing, website development and automation workflows.
Strengthen brand presence through events and partnerships.
3. Inorganic Marketing
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Drive performance marketing for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
Manage influencer marketing, WhatsApp marketing, affiliate programs, and sponsorships.
Optimize ROI by tracking performance metrics and refining paid strategies.
4. Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver results across functions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for aligned growth strategies.
Manage external freelancers, and vendors effectively.
5. Data Management & Insights
Oversee marketing data collection across all channels (organic & inorganic).
Ensure accurate management of CRM, analytics tools, and campaign dashboards.
Leverage data insights for segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
Maintain compliance with data privacy and protection regulations
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, content).
Proven experience in brand building and lead generation.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/Graduate/ Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Min. 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing both organic and inorganic campaigns with measurable outcomes.
