RN Valves & Faucets specializes in manufacturing Brass and PTMT bath fittings. Over the last 22 years, we have developed a diverse product range, with about 6000 products and sales amounting to around 80 crores across India. We have collaborated with prominent clients such as Johnson, Hindware, and Cera. Our extensive network includes over 4500 distributors and dealers, who have collectively generated more than 1200 crores in revenue.
Role Description
This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the dealer and distributor network, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with customers. This is an on-site position that requires frequent travel within the region.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Senior Sales Executive
1. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Identify high-value opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.
3. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client and market insights.
- Monitor industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.
4. Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Mentor and assist junior sales team members in achieving their targets.
- Share best practices and strategies to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to streamline the sales process.
5. Sales Planning and Reporting
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set objectives.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
- Establish partnerships and networks to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
7. Compliance and Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM systems.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as contract preparation and documentation.
8. Upselling and Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
- Educate clients on complementary offerings to enhance their value.
