We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Manager to lead our Eterna team in the Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 11 years of experience and a strong background in business management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their targets and provide guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business management, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on achieving results.
