We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Manager to lead our Eterna team in the Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 11 years of experience and a strong background in business management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their targets and provide guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business management, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and stakeholders.
