Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development & Management:
- Build, onboard, and maintain a strong network of channel partners across the Ghaziabad region.
- Develop strategies to activate and engage channel partners for lead generation and sales closures.
- Regularly conduct channel partner meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Drive property sales through channel partners by setting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with marketing and project teams to support sales through campaigns and events.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and manage the channel sales team to ensure high performance and target delivery.
- Assign leads, monitor conversions, and maintain discipline within the team.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct competitor analysis and keep updated with current real estate trends in the Ghaziabad market.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in channel sales leadership.
- Strong network of real estate agents and brokers in Ghaziabad and surrounding areas.
- Proven team management skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
