
Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and proactive communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development (experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, B2B, retail, or manufacturing] preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹55,187.18 per month
