Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within a designated region to achieve sales targets and objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing a sales team, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends to drive growth. The role also involves ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Strong capabilities in Market Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Competitor Research
  • Leadership skills in Team Management, Goal Setting, and Performance Monitoring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG, retail, or natural products industry is an advantage
  • Ability to travel within the region and work with flexibility to meet client requirements
