Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales initiatives, and implementing channel sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales management plans, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role also involves identifying opportunities to optimize channel performance and supporting the overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Channel Sales and building relationships with Channel Partners.
  • Strong skills in Sales, including planning, strategy execution, and achieving targets.
  • Capability in Sales Management, including monitoring performance and building efficient sales processes.
  • Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the agricultural, construction, or automotive industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
