Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in the tiles or building materials industry
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
