Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities within a designated region. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves strategizing to expand market reach, collaborating with internal teams, scheduling client meetings, and providing feedback to drive business development and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation
  • Team Management and Leadership abilities to drive high-performance sales teams
  • Analytical and Planning skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills for presenting to clients and closing deals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, or other relevant software is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
