The Sales Manager – MICE will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing corporate accounts, creating customized MICE travel solutions, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven sales skills, excellent networking abilities, and deep knowledge of the MICE industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, pharmaceutical companies, associations, and industry partners.
- Design and pitch customized travel packages for corporate groups, conferences, incentive tours, and exhibitions (domestic & international).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, suppliers, hotels, and DMCs.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability in line with company goals.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and trips.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.

- In-depth knowledge of MICE travel, event management, and destination expertise.

- Proven ability to develop and close large corporate deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in MICE, corporate travel, or event management.
- Existing corporate client network will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Salary Package: INR 20,000 to 50,000 per month with Incentives
