Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities in their assigned region, manage client accounts, build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, monitoring market trends, and achieving performance targets. The role also involves regular reporting to senior management and active participation in strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong background in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking combined with knowledge of market research and trend analysis
- Leadership experience in building and managing sales teams
- Knowledge of specialty chemicals and the industrial sector is an advantage
