Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager (FMCG/OTC) based in UP & UK. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building relationships with distributors and retailers. The role also involves leading and motivating regional sales teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met. The individual will oversee market analysis and competitive insights to optimize sales effectiveness in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, including experience in FMCG or OTC industries
- Proven ability in Market Research, Lead Generation, and identifying business opportunities
- Relationship-building skills with experience in Partnership Management and Account Management
- Team leadership experience with skills in Training, Planning, and Performance Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the henna/ayurvedic personal care industry is a plus
