Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Associate based in Ghaziabad. The Regional Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, attending industry events, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The role also involves negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Ability to prepare Sales Reports and Develop Sales Strategies
  • Negotiation Skills and Contract Management experience
  • Customer Support and Relationship Management skills
  • Industry knowledge, particularly in manufacturing or forging, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
