Job Title: Regional Head for South Asia
Role Summary:
The Regional Head for South Asia will lead the development of our grain processing business in the region, with a focus on biofuel ethanol.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow our biofuel ethanol business in South Asia, aligned with organizational mission and targets.
- Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
- Create go-to-market strategies with key action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, resource requirements, etc.
- Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, as well as cross-functional teams across the region. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or relevant field with at least 5 years' experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- Strong background in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and remote environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally.
- Solid people leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive opportunities and address challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM.
- Up to 50% travel required.
