About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IoT Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B technology sales, particularly in the Internet of Things (IoT), connected devices, or related digital transformation solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IoT solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging IoT use cases to drive strategic sales approaches.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in IoT, IT solutions, Cloud, or Smart Technology domains.
- Strong knowledge of IoT applications in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Smart Cities, Energy, or Logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in business terms.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
