With a strong customer base of over 500 industries, Aadhav Intech specializes in manufacturing Online NDIR Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring Systems (OCEMS), Fixed Gas Detectors, TVOC Detectors, SPM Laser Dust Monitors, IoT Dataloggers, and various process transmitters. The company is also an authorized software connectivity provider for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) and Puducherry Pollution Control Committee (PPPCC).
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Department position located in Chennai. The employee will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, executing sales strategies, training team members, and overseeing sales management. The role will involve client interactions, negotiations, and achieving sales targets to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training team members
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the environmental products industry is a plus
