Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 5– 7 years
Salary Range: ₹6 LPA
Industry: Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical sales strategies across identified sectors.
- Conduct client requirement analysis and architect tailored automation solutions (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, IoT systems, robotics).
- Organize and present technical demonstrations, proposal drafts, and cost–benefit models.
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and delivery teams for solution customization.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technically compelling, commercially viable proposals.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client visits to nurture partnerships and identify opportunities.
- Track and report on sales KPIs; forecast pipeline and close targets effectively.
- Support after-sales technical assistance and align client feedback with product improvement cycles.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5–7 years of sales or solution engineering experience in industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of automation platforms (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, drives, sensors, IoT solutions)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships across B2B verticals.
- Business acumen for pricing strategies, ROI articulation, and contract negotiation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and support project executions.
- Professional demeanor aligned with company values: innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
