Experience: 5–7 years in Industrial Lubricants Industry (with proven Sales Experience in South Zone)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Head to lead sales and business operations in the South Zone for our Industrial Lubricants division. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with strategic sales leadership to drive growth, build customer relationships, and develop the region's business potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth – Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth across the South Region.
Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong ties with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Sales Strategy Development – Design and execute effective strategies to expand market presence.
Product Knowledge – Develop strong understanding of industrial lubricants & metalworking fluids, their applications, and benefits.
Team Management – Lead, guide, and motivate a sales team to deliver results.
Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5–7 years of experience in the Industrial Lubricants industry.
Must have proven sales experience in South Zone markets.
Strong sales, business development, and team leadership skills.
Technical understanding of lubricants and fluids.
Proven track record of driving sales growth in the South Zone.
