Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Executives across assigned territories.
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales in the Tamil Nadu region.
  • Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies through field visits, product demonstrations, and channel engagement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, contractors, builders, developers, and project consultants.
  • Monitor sales performance, targets, and revenue metrics across individual and team levels.
  • Track and update sales pipelines, lead conversions, and CRM/ERP systems accurately.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training programs, and on-field coaching for team development.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Any Graduate/Engineering/Diploma is required.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Experience:

  • 14 to 24 years of proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in team leadership.
  • Background in retail, manufacturing, spares, building materials, construction products, hardware, or related industries is highly preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Strong people management, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Excellent territory management and channel development capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MIS, and sales analysis.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹8,50,000
  • Monthly Performance-based Incentives: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
