About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales function for Sameera Land & Constructions. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring achievement of business targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative sales techniques and relationship management.
  • Oversee channel partner development and broker network management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design effective promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and statutory regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and clients.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience (10–15 years) in real estate/construction sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and channel partners.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market conditions.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per month
