With clients in 20+ countries, we combine deep domain expertise with innovative technology to empower institutions to achieve their academic and operational goals.Role OverviewWe are seeking multiple dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Heads to lead our growth in higher education across assigned geographies (Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, North America).
This is a strategic role responsible for building strong institutional relationships, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth for Creatrix Campus in your designated region.You will be the regional face of the brand, responsible for end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: from prospecting and consultative engagement to closing multi-year Saa S and enterprise deals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver your assigned regional revenue growth strategy for Creatrix Campus.Develop and execute account-based sales plans targeting universities, colleges, and higher education groups.Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across academia and administration.Drive ARR growth, new logo acquisition, and strategic regional partnerships.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, closure.Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to localize offerings for regional market nuances.Represent the company at regional conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting.Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and education policies to refine GTM strategy.Provide regular performance and market reports to senior management.Key RequirementsProven track record in enterprise Saa S or Ed Tech sales with a higher education focus.8+ years of sales experience, including 3–4 years in a regional leadership role.Strong consultative selling skills; ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decisions.Deep understanding of higher education workflows and procurement cycles.Established regional network in higher education leadership (academic + administrative).Experience in negotiating and closing high-value, multi-year Saa S deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned geography.Bachelor's degree required; Master's in business, marketing, or education technology preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonuses.Regional travel allowance.Comprehensive insurance coverage.Opportunity to own a region's growth strategy at a high-impact Saa S company.Ongoing professional development and leadership growth.A collaborative, innovation-driven culture where your ideas shape the future of higher education technology.LanguagesEnglish fluency is required.Additional languages relevant to your assigned region (e.g., Arabic for Middle East, German/French for Europe, Mandarin/Malay for Southeast Asia, Spanish for North America/Lat Am) will be considered strong advantages.How to ApplyWe're looking for leaders who think beyond the role description.
