Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
B2B Marketing Manager
with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the
U.S. B2B ecosystem
. This role is ideal for someone who can build Amenify's
brand presence
, drive engagement with real estate and enterprise partners, and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads. The position requires strong storytelling ability, social media acumen, and an analytical mindset to amplify Amenify's voice across multiple channels — including
news outlets, podcasts, and digital platforms
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    B2B marketing strategies
    targeting U.S.-based property developers, operators, and enterprise clients.
  • Build and strengthen
    Amenify's brand positioning
    in the U.S. real estate and proptech ecosystem.
  • Plan and manage
    multi-channel marketing campaigns
    across email, LinkedIn, paid media, and events to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. sales and operations teams during
    night overlaps (Wednesdays)
    for campaign alignment and performance reviews.
  • Drive
    social media marketing
    initiatives — creating engaging posts, thought-leadership content, and industry insights for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to feature Amenify in
    news articles, press releases, podcasts, and industry discussions
    to increase visibility.
  • Create and maintain high-quality
    marketing collateral
    including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and client presentations.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and ensure measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on
    market trends, competitor activities, and U.S. real estate developments
    to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in
    B2B marketing
    , preferably in
    real estate, SaaS, or service-based startups
    with U.S. market exposure.
  • Exceptional
    communication and presentation skills
    — both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of the
    U.S. B2B ecosystem
    , including market dynamics and partnership models.
  • Hands-on experience with
    social media marketing
    , especially LinkedIn and paid campaigns.
  • Familiarity with
    marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
    .
  • Proven ability to create
    newsworthy narratives
    and manage PR or podcast collaborations.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic and data-driven mindset.
