About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO strategy and Paid Ads execution for B2B businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through a mix of organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis for high-intent B2B search queries.
  • Optimize on-page and technical SEO for scalability and lead generation.
  • Guide and mentor the team in building quality backlinks through ethical and impactful outreach strategies.
  • Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and lead pipeline metrics; provide actionable insights.

Paid Advertising (B2B Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other B2B channels.
  • Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets, track spend efficiency, and report ROI by campaign, channel, and funnel stage.
  • Optimize campaigns using advanced strategies such as bid adjustments, remarketing, account-based targeting, and WhatsApp Marketing.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and present insights with recommendations for scaling.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 68 years of experience in performance marketing with a B2B SaaS or services background.
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy (organic growth, technical SEO, content, authority building).
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, and WhatsApp Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
  • Added Advantage: Background in Logistics / Last-Mile Delivery industry.

KPIs for Success

  • Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings in target B2B categories.
  • Increase in MQLs and SQLs from SEO and paid campaigns.
  • Improved CPL, CAC, and lead-to-pipeline conversion rates.
  • ROI on paid media spends aligned with quarterly targets.
