Company Overview:
We are one of Indias largest manufacturers and retailers of art and craft supplies, offering 10,000+ products across retail stores and our e-commerce platform. As we expand into bulk and institutional sales, we are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B vertical across schools, resellers, corporates, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard B2B clients including educational institutions, corporate buyers, distributors, and resellers.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closure.
* Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions.
* Use CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) to track leads, sales pipelines, and client communication.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
* 4 to 8 years of B2B sales experience in art supplies, stationery, FMCG, or consumer goods.
* Proven track record in institutional or wholesale sales.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel.
