Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification:

  • Mandatory: Any Associate Degree / Diploma (Graduate preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

Salary:

  • ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Description (Version 1 – New Business Development Focus):

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build strong client relationships to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline development.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Job Description (Version 2 – Client Relationship & Account Management Focus):

  • Manage existing B2B client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, support, and follow-ups.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
