Job Title: B2B Sales Associate / Lead

Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Industry: Luggage, Bags, Backpacks & Travel Accessories

Were looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Associate / Lead to drive growth in the luggage and travel accessories segment. The role involves acquiring new corporate, retail, and distributor clients while managing and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and onboard corporates, distributors, retailers, and gifting partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat sales.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and networking events.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree (MBA a plus).
- 26 years in B2B sales (luggage/fashion/retail preferred).
- Strong network, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
