Summary:

We are looking for a growth-driven Sales Manager to build predictable and scalable lead-generation channels for the Painting vertical through strategic partnerships with architects, builders, interior designers, society RWAs, local vendors, and renovation partners. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end channel development, lead pipeline building, and conversion enablement to drive both B2B & B2C growth ,while applying a first principles approach to crack open-ended problems.

Roles and responsibilities :

  2. Lead Generation & Demand Funnel Building

  3. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

4.Sales Execution & Relationship Management

Requirements :

  1. 1-3 years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, or demand generation (real estate, interiors, or home services preferred)

  2. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  3. Comfort with on-ground visits and building a strong local network.

  4. BE/B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.

Performance Metrics :


• Number of active channel partners onboarded/month


• Leads generated via each partnership channel


• Conversion % of channel leads to bookings
