Role Summary
We are looking for an execution-driven Business Development & Alliances professional to build and scale institutional partnerships. The role involves owning alliance strategy, leading a field team, driving on-ground execution, and contributing directly to revenue growth across healthcare, wellness, education, and community ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the BD & alliances roadmap aligned with business goals
- Build and manage partnerships with special needs schools, therapy centres, NGOs, wellness clinics, and corporates
- Identify new alliance opportunities and expand into new institutional verticals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a BD & field alliances team
- Oversee on-ground execution, partner engagement, and quality delivery
- Own revenue targets and conversion through partner channels
- Track performance using CRM tools and data dashboards
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for GTM success
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales
- Proven team-handling and end-to-end BD ownership
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Nice-to-Have:
- MBA
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, CSR, or insurance sectors
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
