Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development, located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and developing partnerships to expand the company's footprint. The role also involves leading client relationship management efforts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and optimize client solutions.

  • Knowledge of customer experience optimization, sales enablement, and collections solutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and meeting business growth targets
  • Experience with AI-powered tools, analytics, and customer journey design is an advantage
  • An MBA or a similar advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
