Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Vice President at Unmasking Collective. The Vice President will oversee organizational strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and lead initiatives to expand the collective's impact. Responsibilities include building partnerships, fostering collaborations, leading organizational planning, and guiding the team to achieve strategic goals. The Vice President will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of services and aligning all efforts with the mission of the collective.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and strategic planning skills to guide organizational growth and decision-making
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to build partnerships and relationships
  • Experience or familiarity with mental health services, community building, and support-based initiatives
  • Proficiency in operational management, project management, and resource allocation
  • Dedication to a non-pathologizing, person-oriented approach to mental health
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior leadership experience and a track record of successfully managing teams are highly desirable
