About the Role

Yes Bank is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President Process Manager to lead end-to-end process documentation, standardization, and implementation initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of cards operations, regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive process excellence across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document processes, policies, and procedures to ensure standardization and compliance with card network, regulatory, and internal bank guidelines.
  • Understand new project requirements in detail and drive process implementation/product solutioning by coordinating with all internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and risk control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely closure of audit points related to process implementation or product solutioning.
  • Measure, analyse, and report process performance metrics, recommending corrective actions or improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on new or updated processes and procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of card operations, payment processes, and banking compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and presentation excellence.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Finance/Operations preferred).
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Cards, or Process Management.
