Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Vice President of Operations. The Assistant Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operations, develop and implement operational strategies, ensure efficient processes, and manage a team to achieve optimal performance. This role will also involve working closely with other departments to enhance the collections process and drive recovery outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, strategic planning, and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of AI, ML, and NLP technologies in the context of debt collection is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services or debt collection industry is beneficial
