Job Summary
As a Vice President in the FICC Transformation team, you will manage all transformation activities from inception to completion, ensuring the definition, measurement, and realization of priority OKRs and outcomes. You will partner with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives, including new business onboarding, industry changes, and platform migrations. You will play a key role in driving business-driven and operations-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities 

Lead governance, stakeholder management, and delivery of transformation activities.Define, measure, and realize priority OKRs to align with strategic objectives.Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to drive requirements and delivery.Devise consistent organizational and operating model designs.Collaborate with Operational Product Owners and Technology leads to prioritize deliverables.Communicate progress to senior stakeholders and escalate issues promptly.Ensure adherence to control, regulatory, and audit standards.Support business-driven initiatives, including onboarding and industry-level changes.Oversee platform migration, upgrades, and operations-driven projects.Manage a small team of Analysts to provide project management and testing support.Validate project outcomes through end-user testing and stakeholder feedback.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

Demonstrate extensive project management experience in front-to-back change and structured delivery.Apply practical knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks.Exhibit strong analytical thinking, listening, and questioning skills.Communicate effectively across diverse audiences and settings.Build effective business relationships and leverage subject matter expertise.Solve problems and resolve issues with a proactive approach.Lead and work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

Utilize experience in Markets Operations, FX, or Derivatives Operations.Display understanding of Rates/Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities.Manage time and organize tasks to meet defined targets.Operate effectively under pressure and deliver high-standard work.Collaborate across regions, time zones, and business functions.Communicate complex issues succinctly, both verbally and in writing.Leverage advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with emerging digital tools.
