Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the Vice President of Human Resources. The Vice President will oversee all aspects of human resources & Industrial Relations, including the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing employee engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role will also involve guiding the HR team and contributing to a positive organisational culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Policies, with a strong understanding of compliance and strategic HR planning.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Benefits to foster a positive workplace environment and support employee well-being.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and manage employee records efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or technical industry.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and global HR trends is an advantage.
