Global List Services (GLS)
team is responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality universe of companies and professionals who participate in proprietary research studies. The team ensures data accuracy, completeness, and relevance through rigorous verification, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Vice President
to lead the Global List Services (GLS) team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end universe management processes — ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and driving operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in research data ecosystems, and proficiency with third-party data platforms such as
ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, and Preqin
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Global List Services (GLS) team across all facets of universe creation, maintenance, and delivery.

• Ensure all lists meet project requirements in terms of accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

• Develop and implement
best practices, SOPs, and standardized workflows
for universe creation and maintenance.

• Define, monitor, and enhance
KPIs
related to team performance, quality, and efficiency.

• Conduct periodic quality audits and address gaps through targeted improvement actions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Research, Fieldwork, Client Service, Technology) to align universe processes with broader project goals.

• Oversee the use of
external databases
such as ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Preqin, Apollo, and Lusha for contact sourcing, validation, and enrichment.

• Drive automation and scalability initiatives within universe management operations.

• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team capability and performance.

• Identify and execute
continuous improvement initiatives
across the function.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
databases
like ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Preqin, Apollo, and Lusha.

• Proven ability to manage
large datasets
with high accuracy, quality, and compliance.

• Excellent
analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving
abilities.

• Strong
project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Business, Accounting

• 8+ years of experience in
data analysis, market research, business intelligence, or project management

• Exposure to
research operations, panel management, or CRM systems
.

• Familiarity with
data privacy and compliance regulations
(e.g., GDPR).

• Prior experience in
financial services, professional services, or market research
industry.
