Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Vice President, Mortgage. The Vice President will oversee and drive strategic initiatives in the mortgage division, manage end-to-end mortgage loan processes, and spearhead mortgage marketing strategies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with underwriting standards, fostering relationships with financial institutions, and leading a team to achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and expertise in Mortgage Lending
  • Proven experience in Underwriting and mortgage-related processes
  • Skills in Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Proficiency in managing Mortgages and related financial services
  • Experience in leading teams and achieving organizational objectives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred
