Role and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers
Educate customers on company's services
Build and maintain customer relationships
Negotiate pricing for customers
Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team
Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions
Description :
Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead
follow up Work with marketing and Sales Directors to identify prospects
Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to work them into a qualified lead
Set appointments with qualified prospects for Sales Directors Conduct initial lead qualification
Develop and maintain knowledge of company's solution offerings Document and track all activities using in a timely manner Participate in marketing, sales planning and status meetings
