Job Summary

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new customer leads through online and offline channels. Your main goal is to connect with potential buyers, share product details, and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers interested in Naaz Cosmetics products.
  • Generate and qualify leads through social media, WhatsApp, calls, and referrals.
  • Maintain records of leads and conversions.
  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively.
  • Achieve monthly targets and earn attractive commissions per lead.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of social media and online marketing.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive attitude.

Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation is a plus (not mandatory).

Must have a smartphone and internet access.
