Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Deal Closing Specialist to join our team. This dual-focused role is crucial to our growth. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and then taking those qualified leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure.
You are a perfect fit for this role if you are a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships and a proven track record of closing sales in a service-based industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients (B2B) who would benefit from Neurabit's services, using various channels like LinkedIn, industry directories, and professional networks.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through personalized email campaigns, cold calling, and social media to generate interest and schedule introductory meetings.
Lead Qualification: Meticulously qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and clear progression for each lead.
Deal Closing
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and presentations to deeply understand client needs and position Neurabit's solutions (AI products, web/app development) as the ideal answer.
Proposal Development: Work with technical teams to create compelling, customized proposals and scope-of-work documents that clearly outline the project's value and deliverables.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract and pricing negotiations, address client objections, and guide the prospect to a final decision, securing new business for Neurabit.
Relationship Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the project management and delivery teams for successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a lead generation and sales closing role, preferably within a technology, IT, or service-based company.
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
A strong desire to learn about new technologies, especially in AI and software development.
