Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate qualified leads and nurture relationships.
- Conduct targeted telemarketing campaigns to identify potential business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Engage in consultative conversations with decision-makers, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to position our solutions effectively.
- Leverage CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, to track interactions, update lead statuses, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology solutions and sales processes to communicate value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Support business development initiatives through diligent research, outreach, and relationship building within target industries.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process, ensuring positive experiences that foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales roles is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices that support lead generation efforts.
- Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
